1. Can the dealer make money on the back end with your program?

No. However, because our program will help the dealer deliver more units per month, your sales will increase. We will approve applicants that other lenders will not, which in return will allow the dealer to sell more vehicles.

2. How long does it take to get an answer on a new application?

Provided that a complete application has been submitted, we will typically provide a disposition within two hours. While most prime lenders provide an answer instantaneously, our program requires a much greater level of due diligence. Our program is not FICO score driven. We are placing a much greater emphasis on the applicants’ employment experience and stability, as well as the loan-to-value ratio.

3. How long does it take to get funded?

Provided that a complete funding package has been submitted, we will fund the deal within 48 business hours. We can wire the funds via ACH or send a check via FedEx.

4. What do we need to submit with the application to get a disposition?

a. Dealer’s Credit Application, signed by buyer
b. Yellowstone Commercial Capital Supplemental Credit Application
c. Driver’s License
d. TLC License
e. Credit Report

5. What is the fax number we can fax these items to?

Our fax number is 201.414.5031.

6. Is there any dealer recourse if the applicant defaults?

No. Ours is a 100% Non-Recourse program. The only exception is in the event of dealer fraud (i.e. true name fraud, salvage vehicles, odometer fraud, etc.).
