19. Who will sign the customer up and answer any questions they may have regarding the contract?

A Yellowstone Commercial Capital representative will meet with each applicant and review the terms of the lease/loan. He will answer any questions the applicant may have and obtain all necessary signatures on the contract. This meeting can take place at the dealer’s location or the customer can come to our corporate offices in Fort Lee, NJ. However, it is still the dealer’s responsibility to collect all of the required documentation.

20. Are vehicles inspected by you prior to delivery?

Yes. A Yellowstone Commercial Capital representative will inspect each vehicle prior to delivery. The inspection will be conducted to verify the following: condition of the vehicle, mileage, color, options, and GPS tracking device.

21. How does the customer make payments on his lease/loan?

All payments will be collected via automated recurring transactions. We prefer ACH. All applicants MUST at least have a savings or checking account open in their name and address. We cannot accept a check from a third party to set up an ACH.

22. Do you require proof of residence?

Yes. All transactions require two (2) proofs of residence. They cannot be more than 60 days old. Examples of acceptable items: utility bills, bank statements, credit card statements, or any US Government issued letters (i.e. IRS, DMV, SS Admin, etc.). Junk mail does not qualify. The proof must be dated and reflect the applicant’s name and current address.
