13. Do applicants with previous repossessions qualify?

Yes, we will consider applicants with previous repossessions as an exception. However, careful due diligence will be conducted to gather pertinent facts about the repossession. These types of applications will require additional time to process and possibly require additional documentation.

14. Do you accept co-makers?

We will accept co-makers. However, our disposition will be based solely on the maker’s ability to repay the lease/loan.

15. Do you require proof of down payment?

Typically, no. However, we may at our sole discretion, request proof of down payment on certain transactions. In the event this is required, we will inform you of that stipulation in advance.

16. Do you require proof of income?

No, we do not. We understand the nature of this business, and realize that most applicants net income reflected on the tax returns is not an accurate representation of their actual income. Please note that proof of income is NOT the same as employment verification. Since employment experience and stability are weighted very heavily in our decision making process, we may require proof of employment to verify length of employment or affiliation with a base.

17. Can you provide assistance in the TLC documentation process?

Yes. We can assist the dealer and the applicant with obtaining a Diamond, TLC Plates and Registration, Liability Insurance (FH-1) as well as Full Coverage Insurance. We have over 40 years of experience within the TLC/Livery industry. We can assist you with any part of the process. The TLC process is lengthy, complicated, and confusing. With our expertise in this industry, we can take the fear out of the process for you. At no additional charge, we will assign a TLC Representative to you that will handle all of the paperwork.

18. Is the dealer required to dispose of any repossessed collateral?

No, the dealer is not required to dispose of any repossessed collateral. However, we may request assistance from a dealer in such matters. In that case, we will PAY the dealer for their assistance. The amount we pay will be mutually agreed upon in advance on an individual basis. We understand that your assistance is valuable and we are willing to compensate you for that.
